If you've bought one of our digital items and it's not making you smile, email us within 30 days of buying it. You don't need to tell us why (though we're all ears if you want to, as it helps us get better at what we do).
Just drop us a line at contact@veila.me, letting us know the details of your purchase. Remember to send the email from the same account you used to make the purchase.
What happens next?
We'll process your refund ASAP. Give us 5 to 7 days to return it to your account — banks like to take their time. You'll get the refund through the same payment method you used to buy the product.
Any catches?
Our no-question-asked refund is a one-time offer per product — once you've got a refund for a product, it's not available for refunds on future purchases of the same item.
